Building Taro, warehouse IDE.
Independent product teardowns of products: cto.new, Mojar, Chalo.
So what do you do, exactly?
I design products by understanding what users are trying to achieve, the business goals behind the product, and where people get stuck. Once the direction is clear, I translate those ideas to code. Let’s build something together.
What’s eating your evenings?
I’m currently building Taro, a warehouse simulation platform that helps teams test operational decisions before making them in the real world. Building it has taught me how product decisions are shaped by users, business goals, technical constraints, and constant tradeoffs.
And when you’re not building?
I publish independent product teardowns. I take a product apart, figure out what’s really driving it, and propose changes that respect the original intent instead of redesigning it for fun.
Like which ones?
How do you actually work?
Who it’s for and what gets in their way, before any shape is drawn.
Sketch the flow around the problem, not around a template.
Spread out, compare, and keep what holds up under real use.
When it helps, take it the rest of the way into working code.
Anyone said something nice about you?
James Kyriakou, co-founder of Shadow Forms, said: “Farhan’s expert insights refined my app’s user journey, transforming it into a seamless experience. The guidance was awesome, and I’m excited to see the results.”
Where have you been?
The user onboarding agency. Worked with clients worldwide to improve onboarding, activation, and retention.
Alongside a few friends, exploring how digital products can become easier to understand and more enjoyable to use, building, studying, and writing.
How can you help me?
