Project
I’m working on Edityy , a visual editor for the AI era. One npm install and a launcher appears on the site you already run, so you point at what you want instead of retyping it. It stays honest by keeping the codebase as the source of truth and leaving the implementing to the coding agent.
I’ve shipped Taro, a warehouse simulation IDE that lets teams test operational decisions before making them in the real world. Every call in it is a tradeoff between realism, performance, and something a real warehouse team can act on. It’s done, it’s live, and the code is open.
Case studies
I publish independent product teardowns. I take a product apart, figure out what’s really driving it, and propose changes that respect the original intent instead of redesigning it for fun.
